The last CR was hobbled from the start - I can't say that brokers and advisors were very clever at the "averaging" of the SPP over two weeks. I have said it was clumsy and amateurish and did not take into account that there would be a spirited attempt to get the SP lower - which happened.

I got shares on market rather than apply for shares in SPP and, I suspect, many her did the same. That did not help IMU.

I am of the view that IMU Management was desperate for funds for the acquisition rather than not realising the true value of the company. If there are breakthrough announcements, maybe they will be more resilient and apply a better valuation at that time.

In the final toss up, it will be shareholders who decide if any TO is to be accepted. The BOD no not have sufficient votes on their own to stop it. We are all aware that TO's can be hostile and that may mean any TO attempt cannot be stopped.

IMU's best defence will be an SP with a $ sign in front of it.
