Imho
IMU's brilliant execution of acquisitions, r&d, trials, patents so far need to be matched up with more savvy commercial, promotions, communications, share registry management, deal and partnerships, etc.
The dance cards might have been be full for a while now, it is time for the gal to step into the dance floor to show some fancy footwork, instead of watching others pairing up on the dance floor, while constantly prettying herself up standing close against the wall in the hall, hoping to be picked.
