That doesn't indicate any future CR to me.
Any partnership or alliance with another entity/entities ought to bring with it supporting contributions (fiscal or IP,) towards successful completion of whatever stage any particular evolution we need to benefit from that alliance.
I can also recall LC mentioning that we're financially secure enough to take us to FDA registration for whichever (pref to Vaxinia) drug successfully proves up positive trials.
For me though, I sincerely hope that we do not require another CR.
