Question for those with medical knowledge - all of the IMU trials are focussed on procuring FDA approval I understand. If we look at say German or French companies who develop medications don’t they seek approvals in their own country through their own jurisdiction and then in turn it goes through the FDA? Interested to know how the European system operates. Thanks.
