irt the MAST trials, I think we have to remind ourselves that it is still at proving safety and finding optimal dosages. So far, it has been some bonus good news re CR in 1 patient and 1 SD plus some other encouraging stat's.
However, to turn this stage into some kind of efficacy stage ASSUMING it would be more good news at the current dosages, and set up expectation of regular positive updates has its own kind of pitfall, because any lack of improvement or regression or even lack of regular updates MIGHT be interpreted as 'inefficacy' and the subsequent trials might be jeopardised, maybe?
