What amazes me is the posters here that thought that after the JP Morgan conference there would be some sort of deal done and announced to the market. As someone who has been involved in selling an Australian Company to an international company had many offers and false starts that took months and months to go nowhere. In the end it was a large American Company that eventually bought us however the process from initial discussions, data rooms and offers took just on 12 months. Confidentiality was paramount throughout the process.

These things do not happen quickly and would think in the BIO world, it would take much longer.

Patience is a virtue in these situations!
