Dear all,
During the 2022 AGM I asked whether a Nasdaq listing was still in IMU’s plan and without misquoting Paul my understanding from his response it was still within the company plans for 2023.
Fast forward to January 2024 we have still not listed. It got the better of me, so earlier this week I emailed Paul regarding this and today received a response that a Nasdaq listing ‘is under consideration by the Board and no decision has been made’.
I’m not sure what to make of this delay. I wonder what considerations are taking place. Why was listing seemingly imminent (my words) in late ‘22 to now still tossing it up? Has the watershed moment the Board was waiting on been delayed? What watershed moment was the Board expecting?
Many questions, unfortunately no answers.
