a lot of what is said about fasting is a lie..
u have to do it to believe..
if u fast u will see a massive increase in wellbeing and your energy levels will rise..your whole mood will lift..
Being a person who fasts i am not surprised one bit by what Taureanbull has written..
fasting is not 4 everyone but how would u know if u have never tried it.
