I think the answer is "not many at all - as a percentage of all clinical trials."
But the answer is also "at least 25" - counting only those that have produced some kind of a report - initial, in progress or final.
This journal paper from last year is a useful analysis: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9840247/#:~:text=Basket%20trials%2C%20in%20contrast%20to,of%20the%20underlying%20primary%20tumor.
If 25 sounds like a lot, remember that the FDA has something like 11,000 clinical trials currently still in progress.
This is still a very uncommon kind of trial and I think that MAST, as a basket study right from Ph 1 dose escalation, may be close to unique, if not entirely so.
