Yes, I'm inclined to agree. Anyone interested in Her-vaxx would surely be interested in taking both Her-vaxx and PD1-vaxx.
The follow on B cell portfolio drugs you mention are actually being developed by Prof Kaumaya, not by the Vienna team. The two most recent papers on PDL1-vaxx (that I am aware of) are:

I commented on both at the time, here on HC. The second paper was only available as an abstract when I wrote about it, but the full text is now available.
