Where the science is taking us, that would probably be an earlier offer; the final offer could be anywhere from $3 to $10 per share (or equivalent script).
This crude speculation assumes that Paul Hopper doesn't completely screw up the process. If he runs of to his mates at Bells, we as shareholders would be wise to consider some radical options to try and force the BOD to utilise a really credible corporate takeover advisory firm.
