just to add a snippet for the topic, T Vec being a herpes virus replicates in the host nucleus which may result in host DNA changes so the big benefit of vaccinia is its replication in the cytosol. In my view they won’t get to the OBD before hitting 3e9 and that will become the dose going forward due to manufacturing constraints, not toxicity constraints as T Vec.
