Although the numbers of patients impacted from the adverse effects of autologous Car T's are minimal to date, the black box warning sends a signal to all prospective patients, proceed with caution.

If harnessing healthy donors to negate adverse effects down the track can promote allogeneic therapies over and above autologous alternatives, then Azer Cel could be a prime beneficiary. Was Imugene aware of the changes in the industry prior to the Azer Cel acquisition, maybe, Either way the world is now Imugene's oyster. Accessing the solid tumour market through their Oncarlytics platform may just provide the cherry on top for Azer Cel.

Agree 200% on the prospect of a Genentec/Roche style deal when it comes to Imugene. That would be ideal, giving Imugene the free reign needed to expand under the guise of a funding and marketing bohemoth.
