Great post. yes - I agree. Only thing I would add - as long as the Ph 1 with Blincyto shows reasonable clinical effectiveness, then I think in the Phase 2 for OnCARlytics they will include a Blincyto arm along with the Azer-Cel arm. The reason: if the Ph 1 trial tells them that OnCARlytics does work with Blincyto, it would make sense to get further proof of that at Phase 2 level.
Dropping Blincyto entirely would be putting all the OnCARlytics eggs into the Azer-Cel basket. OnCARlytics should work with Azer-Cel (and maybe even better than with Blincyto) - but they won't really know that until they do the trial, so I think they will do both.
