I get that orange juice was an analogy. But given the poor prognosis of bile duct cancer sufferers we assume the complete responder was a non-random result. On top of the other results this gave FDA reason to give fast track status. Understanding the scientific method is their bread and butter. Let’s not get too excited about conclusions just yet.
