Correct, usually end of ph2 as that's when they expect to see some efficacy but IMU has seen them as early as ph1 which is why I'm expecting to see BP make a move earlier likely early to mid ph2 hence the stated 12-18 months play. Pre clinical is when BP buy IP very cheap and just self them.
