Very helpful indeed. I’d be shocked if the sp wasn’t multiples of 24c by Aug 2026 as opposed to multiples of current sp.
The only other thing worth noting is the CGT will reset once options are converted compared to buying heads now where CGT will be half in 12 months time, but one could always sell heads just before Aug 2026 to convert options then hold for a further 12 months. Everyone’s circumstances will be different.
Another thing worth considering is if we think there will be a special divi payment that assume will be distributed as to how many heads you hold.
I think you can’t go wrong with either, but I wouldn’t be waiting too long as this thing could rerate at any time.
