A question please regarding NASDAQ listing and presuming we list by the ADR:s route at say 50 or 100 shares to the certificate:
Where do the shares come from to parcel up ? Are they a special issue by the company? or is there someone like State Bank quietly buying on market and accumulating in order to make up the listing parcel and sell - I don't think it would be on behalf of the company as possibly not legal ?
