We are splitting hairs here and it is really of no relevance to where to company is now, but I did not explain my post very well. Essentially IMU as we know it started in OCT 2013 following the acquisition of Biolife science.
Prior to that IMU was a very different beast. The activities prior to that are of no relevance to the current company at all.
Enough of the back and forth - Yes we are aware of the downside thank you for pointing that out to us.
