Came across this yesterday, Australian biopharmaceutical company Immuron (ASX: IMC) has released interim topline results from a US-based clinical trial of lead candidate IMM-124E (Travelan) confirming that a single daily dose can be effective in the prevention of moderate-to-severe diarrhea caused by enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC).The double-blind, phase 2 controlled human infection model trial aimed to evaluate a dosing regimen to suit US troops deployed to developing countries where they could be at risk of gastrointestinal disorders.
Wow! their share price more than doubled in one day 6.5 cents to 14.5 cents on the news that the Phase two results were successful and phase three clinical trials were given the go ahead in the US. One can only imagine what is possible when the trial results for Imugene come out soon. Given you can double your SP in one day for a butt plug drug. Skies the limit for stopping cancer in its tracks.
Hang on tight to those IMU shares.
