Although you rightfully state the combo hasn’t commenced yet, there is still a lot to be gleaned from current patients.
Of course it would be nice to see tumour growth arrested, but I believe the big result will be confirmation of CD19 being expressed in injected and distant tumours. That will confirm proof of concept. It will also confirm that CF33 is able to induce tumours to express targets successfully and has turned once target-less and ‘cold’ tumours into targetable tumours. That’s hugely significant.
Ideally, we see data like the preclinical data below.
I’m still most keen for more data from MAST trail at close to or at RP2D though. Keeping in mind current data/dosages haven’t had a whiff of safety or toxicity concerns and is already showing significant efficacy.
