You're missing the elephant in the room. Which is after 10 years and tens of millions spent, failing to achieve a commercial outcome for HER-Vaxx is "definitely a fail".

I'd add that failing to admit it and failing to keep shareholders informed compounds the scientific fail with a bit of management-can't-be-trusted fail.
