A question for the knowledgeable folk on this forum.
With all the combos being done with Car-Ts, I was wondering about B-Cell technology and the possible sale.
From memory, the B-Cell products can see solid tumours so they would not need Oncarlytics to be able to see the cancer. My understanding is that B Cell is at least as effective as Car-Ts in activating TCells.
Would this mean that B Cell can be combined with an unedited cf33 instead of Oncarlytics and would this be a stronger combination than Car-Ts, as cf33 is said to be weakened the more it is edited.
Of course we have the current problem that B Cell is not FDA approved at this time, but when approved could it be better than Car-T, even Azer-cel?
