All of us would have used shares to purchase the options. And IMO her exposure is higher as she is in on the shares rather than un-listed options. Her exposure would have been the cost of the options unitl they were converted.
Insiders acumulating overall more shares is always a good sign
Big buy orders on the daily, coinciding with higher than usual daily volume is always a good sign too
