He posts on Reddit as well and mentioned he was diagnosed with colorectal cancer with secondaries in the liver and lungs. 10 months ago he had surgery to remove the bowel and liver tumours but was stuck with the lung metastasis. Maybe he meant first of the cohort rather than first cohort.
On a personal level, I hope it works for him as he’s in his mid 30’s with a young family.
