To be fair, early seasons of the Simpsons had some witty lines.

I just note that generally the terminology used is "granted" rather than "approved" for fast track designation. When there are other aspect of the process specifically involving the word "approval", I'd think for clarity's sake going with the word granted, especially when that's the language used by the company, is a better option.
