Global markets were up overnight.
In Europe, the FTSE rose a single point (.013%), the DAX rose 92 points (.50%) and the CAC rose 20 points (.25%).
German growth rate has been downgraded to zero in 2024 - basically stagnation. Germany is currently officially in recession.
In the US, the DOW was up 477 points (1.22%), the NBI rose 66 points (1.53%), the NASDAQ Composite rose 83 points (.51%) and the Russell index rose 44 points (2.13%).
ASX should get a boost from the overseas market direction today.
US Treasury 10 year bond yield is down to 4.19%
Brent crude is at US$85.60 per barrel.
The gold price is moving up again - US$2,191 per oz.
BITCOIN price currently at US$68,573.
