That is the thing, isn't it? Even after successful surgery, one can't be 100% sure that that is all there is to the cancer. So maybe in future, this Vaxinia could well be used to confirm if any residual cancer is around by a mere injection. Of course, while it is at it, the CF33 may well just mop up those residual cancer. Certainly beats chemo that is just going to destroy anything in its path!
