This research builds on previous analysis done in 2013 and reinforces the fact that oncology drugs need to be first to market to be the biggest success. The data clearly shows that irrespective of how good 2nd, 3rd, or 4th might be they will never be as much of a commercial success as 1st. Keytruda is such a massive success because it opened up the PD1 inhibitor market.

HERvacc and PD1vaxx are years and many compounds behind, which ultimately significantly decreases their commercial opportunity. I have been saying they are cooked for a while now.
