Haha, all right! I did that in May 2021 - bought a condo in Thailand on money loaned from a family member as my IMU holding was going to be $1 per share by the end of that year. Remember?! At the time I could have bought 4 condos with the IMU holding, if cashed in. Now? I still owe the condo purchase price and - yep - my holding is under that. Onwards and upwards. That elusive $1 a share is still out there. We hope.
