Yes @Zior. you are correct. the CR clock is ticking. for me i am also looking at the potential catalyst for a CR when determining the risk. what would be the objective ? is it more likely to be for manufacturing facility expansion or funding for additional trials for FDA approval? imo the initial risk is additional funding for FDA approval process. this makes the need to start signing agreements absolute critical as you alluded. assuming worse case CR $100M at -20% discount i estimate medium and longer term SP V MC impact as below - with the obvious disclaimer IMU get product to market sooner rather than later.
