European markets generally in positive territory overnight.
The FTSE rose 27 points (.35%), the DAX had a modest rise of 3 points (.02%) and the CAC rose 48 points (.62%).
US markets all fell again.
The DOW fell 45 points (.12%), the NBI fell 23 points (.58%), the NASDAQ Composite fell heavily and declined by 181 points (1.15%) and the Russell small cap index fell 19 points (.99%).
Main focus is the commentary from the US Fed about interest rates - any cuts are not foreseen in the near future, and this is weighing very heavily on markets at the moment.
The US Treasury 10 year bond yield is at 4.6%.
Oil prices dropped significantly - Brent crude down to US$87.51 per barrel.
The gold price also slipped marginally to US$2,371 per oz.
The BITCOIN price tumbled a bit and is sitting at US$60,995.
