GMT2, my supposition that Rob is in the 6th dosing cohort is based entirely on the cancer indications of the 5th dosing cohort that were identified in the April 15th announcement "Bile Tract Cancer Study opens after MAST High Dose Trial clearance". These were thymic carcinoma, triple negative breast cancer and cholangiocarcinoma but did not include liver cancer.
Also given the timing of when Rob received his third treatment (day 21 of the first cycle) on the 9th April and the clearance of Cohort 5 just three days after on the 12th April seems a pretty tight timeline.
So either he was the 4th patient in a 3 patient cohort or the cancer indications cited for the 5th cohort clearance announcement were incorrect.
Also, just for the record I have no communications with Rob outside of his posts in the Colon Cancer support forum.
