It comes down to interpretation and based on the SP action, while you are in the majority of posters here, you're in the minority of the overall shareholder base. Absolutely nothing price sensitive about presenting at a conference. Perhaps you will present price-sensitive data there, which would make the presentation material price-sensitive, but announcing that you're going to present is not price-sensitive.
4/4/2024 - Oncolytic Virotherapy CF33 Patent granted in China.
Yippee. A patent for a non-commercial product in an unenforceable jurisdiction.
8/4/2024 - Vaxinia and HER-vaxx featured at AACR annual meeting.
Again, nothing price sensitive about the presence at a conference .... leave alone the irony of "featuring" a discontinued product.
15/4/2024 - Bile Tract Cancer Study opens after MAST High Dose Trial clearance.
This one may actually be considered price sensitive, but that's to the downside. The Bile Tract Study was mentioned (and rightly price-sensitive) back in November. The disappointment is that after the MAST High Dose Trial clearance, no other indications were added to the expansion trial.
16/4/2024 - Imugene and Kincel Bio Announce Strategic Partnership
Another price-sensitive to the downside announcement. Highlights the muddled and contradictory strategies of management (SP 10c down to 7.8c says it all).
The posts by Rock_Robster (all the best Rob if you read these boards) are the most significant and informative. An unfortunate cancer sufferer does a far better job of communicating relevant material than our multi-million dollar management team.
