Are you forgetting about onCARlytics?

onCARlytics and Azer-cel are the only two drugs I’ve heard LC talk about taking into registrational trials, but almost everyone on here seems to be obsessed with Vaxinia.

I expect IMU will seek to obtain FDA registration for Vaxinia if there’s a path to do that quickly but, unless I’ve misinterpreted something, onCARlytics and Azer-cel are the main game.

I don’t have a reference in hand to quote but I’m pretty sure LCs recent investor presentations in the US have been focused on onCARlytics. Also considerer, the ClinicalTrials website shows onCARlytics is listed with an estimated primary completion date of September this year whereas Vaxinia is listed for January 2025 but I’m expecting that to blow out by a few months with the expansion cohorts.

I agree with your expectation there will be no deal before end of next year, possibly 2026. Not because BP aren’t looking but because IMU is funded well enough that a deal is not necessary until big dollars are needed either for lots of trials/large trials or the drugs are approved and IMU needs someone to do marketing, sales and distribution.

I also would not rule out a NASDAQ listing followed with a CR to fund lots of expansion and registrational trials into specific indications. The further they can progress the drugs, the better the terms of any deals which then translates into better value for shareholders in the long term. Anyone looking for a short term sugar hit for the share price is more likely to continue to be frustrated. If we receive promising results for onCARlytics by the end of the year, I think that may be the catalyst for a NASDAQ listing and with that, we may see SP appreciation as US investors seem more tolerant of higher market caps and will also value the company in US dollars, which will be a bonus while the Aussie dollar continues to devalue against the US dollar.
