From my understanding we should have Registrational/Pivotal trials running in two indications starting late this year or very early next (2025) and end of 2025 should see results.
However it’s quite possible Licensing Negotiations could be well underway by the time those trials start. Any licensing company needs time to get organised so they can hit the ground running.
It would appear that the FDA has already agreed with IMU’s plant to run 10 pax confirmation trials followed by 10 pax registrational trials. Thats quite reasonable for rare urgent unmet disease with such a poor prognosis.
However from LCs comments we could reasonably expect one but possibly two more of these types of trials. Three cancers have been mentioned. Head and Neck, Melanoma. The last one escapes my memory at this point.
So we are a lot closer to commercial progress than the current mood would suggest.
It might not take long for the Oncarlytics OASIS trial to bear fruit . Starting at a much higher dose than the Mast trial. There is a lot of news flow coming this year.
