You said "Can only assume he is not Excited" so there won't be good news in the short term. My point was he couldn't careless selling 3% of his shares whether there's good news or not in the short term. Would you care if you sold 3% of your holding whether you think there's good news in the short term? And this only impact you if you have to sell, do you have to sell???
