    They don't need us shareholders to contribute to CR. In fact they bet on limited interest from shareholders come CR time. Hence they go to Institutional Investors first and foremost. Offers to Shareholders are cursory.

    Unless you partook in the IPO or partake in SPP/Credit Raises you contribute nothing to the company.
