The main reason I say this is not that mistakes have been made, that happens in all businesses, it’s purely the refusal to listen to the requests ( and even advice) on what many shareholders regularly want. I see this , rightly or wrongly, an order from the top.
Besides that, the raises have been done very poorly with dire consequences, the executive salaries and performance rewards are now completely unjustified, and we have an executive chairman who does little to nothing in view of shareholders for his role.
It’s overdue that Imugene management DELIVER shareholder paydays as well as their own.
My own scrutiny of them has never been higher as the goodwill trust that existed for so long from me as a significant investor is now completely exhausted.
If nothing else, it’s time for a new Chairman .
