What a stupid tax that will be, if that 30% tax on unrealised gains passes the gumbyment then there will be rioting in the streets.
Nothing like a "beat you with a stick approach" when a "carrot on a stick" would do a whole lot better. It's a bit like Bowens crazy car efficiency thingy, a load of crap that is.
