    I can't help but think - It's a real shame that trials are so complex & done on patients that have had little to no response to previous standard care lines of treatment.
    At what point will the development of a new product / treatment be allowed to be used as the initial / first line of testing on healthier patients to compare outcomes compared to existing SC treatments ?
