Most likely NASDAQ IMU shares would be issued at 1 NADSAQ share = 100 ASX shares, meaning anyone buying on market in the US either buys 1 share at USD 5 from on offered seller directly or via broker connected to the ASX 100 shares AUD 8c. That way those USD 4 minimum sp could be achieved and a comparison between the US and ASX price would be easier.

But that would require not a comment made by LC that there are waiting investors but real buying activity and exactly that is missing. Again, waiting buyers vs declining sp and brilliant data vs ZERO interest from Big Pharma.

Time will tell if LC got it right and we gave in to our impatience or whether LC's understanding of the words she used is different to what Yanks, Brits and ANZACs understand.

It is now a matter of faith again and that shouldn't be the case as faith is for religion and not a base for investing. Jesus claimed to be the son of God, no other prophet of any other religion did that but that doesn't make him automatically the Son of God. Buddha's, Mohammed's and all the other tombs are occupied with their remains, Jesus' one is empty but does that mean he really rose?

IMU, show us a real deal, not one similar to the cell factory, with a decent amount of cash and royalties and we will bow down and worship you 'till our back hurts. Until then doubt will outweigh confidence.
