Hi plumvJ, I cannot remember lab testing results for CF33 covering immunocompromised conditions, where the immune system has a internal network of bodyguards and is made up of white blood cells, skin cells, antibodies, lymph node etc.
I do remember attending the July 2023 roadshow presentation, and hearing Prof Yuman Fong talk about the tumour microenvironment- immunogenic and immunosuppressive components where:-
CF33 effects Helps antigen presentation cells to establish long-lasting immunity.
CF33 enhances expression of check-point targets to enhance activity of CPI.
CF33 recruits to tumour sites CD8+, CD4+, and NK cells.
CF33 kills M2 - macrophages (where cancer cells hide).
Looking forward to the first MAST study expansion preliminary results during 2H 2024, with further expansions to be announced.
The FDA would not agree to the CF-CD19 phase 1 OASIS study to commence until the efficacy and proof of concept of the genius design of CF33 hNIS MAST study was acceptable.
