Imugene haven't directly said how many patients are in the phase 1B expansion cohort.
Best I could find is 10 patients to be enrolled. (If you reference the capital raising announcement for the purchase of Azercel there is a slide with a infographic / time line to phase 2 registrational trial. That has 10 patients dosed by Q2 2024).
That 120 is for the whole phase 1 trial precision bio was doing before they ran out of money (84 dosed).
