A major red flag was the manufacturing plant, nothing about it was a win, major expenditure in the multiples of millions then they offload it for peanuts - massssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssive cash burn, then nothing to show for the major cash burn.
The market is speaking, and they're punishing us for our cash burn with nothing to show.
That's why others are saying a $1 takeover looks absolutely juicy right now.
