They generally don't accept a PAR Value of less than $1 on the Nasdaq. I like the 15:1 option which gets us to $1.20 AUD (worked out at 8b shares including options) you can go to higher conversions. However the purpose for the consolidation and inclusion, is for the purpose of being in a market 36 time larger compared to where we are on the ASX.
As I've said before- The Yank's would love us. Our story is a beauty, with our potential bigger than Texas.
