Global markets started the week fairly subdued.
Markets are waiting for the US CPI data out on Wednesday and are being cautious.
In Europe, the FTSE fell 18 points (.22%), the DAX fell 30 points (.16%) and the CAC fell 9 points (.12%).
In the US, the DOW fell 81 points (.21%), the NBI was the standout rising 55 points (1.29%), the NASDAQ Composite rose 37 points (.21%) and the Russell small cap index closed higher by 2 points (.11%).
US Treasury 10 year bond yield was steady at 4.49%.
Oil prices rose a bit - Brent crude at US$83.50 per barrel.
Gold price settled and is now at US$2,338 per oz.
BITCOIN is up a bit to US$63,051.
