you can't make the patient's pay for a experimental treatment if only it's working on them and the ones that don't work they don't need to pay. that doesn't make sense. I believe it's poor management that's burning through the cash who is taking the shareholders for a run. It's no different to a drilling company who burns through cash and finding absolutely nothing in the ground but yet they keep capital raising to keep their yearly salary of $500,000 plus in their pockets for doing sweet f all
