BEN, I agree with your assessment that the reason our SP is so low is because we haven’t listed on the Nasdaq!

But disagree that the reason is a lack of fortitude. As you should be well aware, IMU has done the spadework for a listing. And spend money preparing,

The Chairman and CEO have both clearly stated the listing will be done when the time is appropriate.

If you have been following the company’s progress , covered again in the recent newsletter and by Harry 58 this morning the results of 3 trials are due this year. Including initial data from OASIS Oncarlytics/Blincyto . Azer-Cel trial results and more Vaxinia data are also coming.

But the really big news is OASIS. That’s the trigger needed for a Nasdaq listing. It’s no point listing and flopping like many previous Aussie Biotechs have done.

LC has been building a strong relationship with JPM and US investors. They will be more than capable of advising her on timing and structure of any listing.

If these trial are as successful as we hope or anticipate, IMU may want to raise substantial cash to advance multiple programs. That would be the time to list.
