If that was the case the sp would be close to ZERO. Could be a frustrated holder or just games being played as usual.
Last year Hopper used the CR's Ts and C's to drive the sp down, this time retail and a few bigger holders are doing it for him. He most likely will end up controlling directly and indirectly more than 50% and then I guarantee you, he suddenly will rediscover his MOJO and will sell IMU for $billions whilst all the frustrated retail sold out on the down side. Similar to Centro group, the banks made a huge MOZZA.
